Storage Boats: Solution

The 1963 50-foot keel centerboard sloop SOLUTION (formerly MISTRAL) was designed by Aage Nielsen and built by Paul Luke of East Boothbay, Maine. The original owner raced SOLUTION successfully in southern New England and several Newport to Bermuda races. The current owner also enjoys racing, with his family on board. To keep SOLUTION in top racing form, Rockport Marine replaced the bulwarks, covering boards and cap rails.
