PALAWAN is a 1952 47-foot yawl designed by Sparkman and Stephens and built by Abeking and Rasmussen of Germany. Rockport Marine has performed a great deal of work on PALAWAN over the years, including a new teak deck (glued to marine-grade plywood), keel plank, covering boards, rails and caps, main mast and refrigeration system. She sails in Massachussetts Bay and along the coast of Maine.
