IRIAN, a 1959 Concordia yawl, is instantly recognizable by her attractive, varnished topsides. Some might recognize her from the Kevin Costner film Message in a Bottle. Designed by Ray Hunt and Waldo Howland, she was built in Germany by Abeking and Rasmussen. IRIAN was originally built as a sloop, but was transformed into a yawl by a previous owner.
